"Had no toaster, very little dresser space. Had one 3 drawer 3 foot dresser that was really and night stand. Hot tub was dirty and did not get hot."

"We always enjoy using our RCI points and finding a place. South wind was clean, stocked well and had a pretty view. We were excited the pool was still opened, thank you! The 8 ft alligator was exciting too!!"

"Towel rack was broken in bathroom for 5 days before it was fixed. Man said he didn't have a screwdriver. Said he would send supervisor that evening. We found out later that the supervisor was on vacation. Deck and chars were filthy and so was the deck. Breakfast on Monday morning at 9am was very unorganized. Staff and food were not there on time and all chairs were wet. We left. When we called for help the office seldom called us back. Very disappointing."

"Stayed here two summer vacations in a row. Coming from NY. We all Loved it. Private beach which my kids loved.. Nice bike paths. Quiet all day and night. Never felt like leaving. Very convenient and clean. Will definitely stay here again. Had one issue with our condo but it was fixed quickly."
