"Older but quaint area with a decent golf course and commodities. Be warned that you will have to pay for entry for almost any vehicle besides your daily driver. This does not even exclude moving trucks or your work vehicles. They may let you in with some further conversations with staff but be ready to be turned around unless you have paid there fee for a pass. The units seem average. Not crazy outdated but nothing modern either."

"DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!!! THEY ARE PROBABLY WRITTEN BY STAFF!!! We were treated horribly from the moment we tried to drive our car to our newly rented home. We were cursed at and called names by the staff at the welcome center. Wouldn't let us bring our moving truck onto the property without paying ahead of time, but they do not explain this to you beforehand. Will threaten you and treat you poorly for, truly, no reason at all."

"Stayed here over the Christmas holidays and have been staying all over the island for years. This is one of the nicer places we have stayed. The 3 bed 3 bath unit was very large with high ceilings in egret point. The provide bikes and have plenty of bike paths. They have a fitness center and another larger one you can pay $20 to access. The neighborhood is gated and there is a private beach you can get to through the property. We had a smoke alarm that was beeping and a shower leaking and someone was sent at 1030pm to fix both. I would love to stay here again."
