"Check in staff was AMAZING (evening arrival on a Friday night). Morning staff ruined my stay by embarrassing us by asking if our 8 lb. Shih Tzu, sitting by my mom’s feet, as she waited for me to grab a coffee and some oatmeal to go, was a service animal, from the front desk, NOT privately aside. Mom indicated he wasn’t and was told, from a distance, that only SERVICE ANIMALS are allowed at tables. NOTE: dog was at my mom’s feet, sitting at a table closest to the exit and elevator as we weren’t planning to eat breakfast in the lobby, but had just returned from walking the dog. I paid a $75 pet fee to be put on blast like that?! Everyone having breakfast could overhear and we weren’t even planning to eat in the lobby - my mom was sitting for 5 minutes while I grabbed coffee and oatmeal because she uses a WALKER most of the time and the dog’s morning walk is her “loosening up” her older bones. We were so bothered we asked to see the specific policy restricting them from the lobby area. The pool has clear signage that pets aren’t allowed in that area. Not sure about the gym, but I did see a guest with his golden retriever (sans vest) in there. No specific policy could be provided and it was reiterated that only service dogs allowed at seating by tables (ALL seating have tables in the lobby)."

"Kierra hosted us during our check in. She was amazing. She suggested some great places to eat and they did not disappoint. I called to inform her that the TV wasn't working and she sent someone up to fix the situation immediately. The room was good. Queen size with a loveseat. Clean and spacious. The freezer actually worked. The shower was hot and had strong pressure. Free breakfast available, most of it seemed microwaved. You can make your own waffles. The only downfall was the single, inoperable charging station. The closest charging station was at Circle K about 2 mi away."

"It's not on the beach but you can get there quickly. Hotel is centrally located on the island to restaurants, entertainment, groceries, shopping, bike paths, etc. Service was superb; privacy was well respected; room was comfortable; breakfast was good. Very relaxing stay. Hotel staff was very professional, accommodating, and fun (Paris and Michelle particularly). Highly recommend."

"This hotel is fairly new; about 5 years. Very nice staff. Paris & the gentleman at the counter with her were just so welcoming. Our froom was very roomy & clean. The beds were super comfortable, & our room even had a full size fridge. It also had a dehumidifier, which is a great idea for hotels in a humid area. Good food available in the area. Very conveniently located in the center of the island. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great stay."

"Stayed 5 nights here while visiting Hilton Head . Loved the accommodations. Great staff , clean , quiet and up to date rooms . While not on the water it was a short drive to multiple public beaches . Just ask staff they can provide details . We visited 3 different ones and all were great with plenty of free parking and 2 were just beaches , no amenities but not crowded either . Coligny beach has shopping , restaurants, ice cream etc if you want all that and was a great place . The hotel was located mid island and a short walk to Fresh Market , Kroger . Starbucks some restaurants so was great . Overall we found the hotel to be great and would definitely stay here again if returning ."
