Dr. Robin Ray

"Not impressed at all by Dr Ray. I had a 2:30 appt (there at 2:10 because they require you be there 20 minutes early) and was not seen until 4:15. I was patient as I thought he must be a Dr that takes pride in his job and takes time with his patients instead of a cattle line like some other Drs. I was there for an ocular occlusion in my right eye and vision loss. He walked in, sat down, reviewed the pictures taken of my eye, asked a couple questions about the occurance, told me that I'd probably need cataract surgery in 2 yrs in my left eye and the vision loss in my right eye would not get any better. He told me to follow up with another ophthalmologist and left the room. He gave me a total of 5 minutes of his time after waiting on him for 2+ hrs. When they wanted to schedule my next appt, I told them that I wouldn't be back. That I would find another Dr less interested in the numbers of patients he can see in a day and one that practiced time management. I do not recommend Dr Robin Ray. He's not as professional as his title is."
