"I had the worst experience I have every had at a doctor's office during my most recent visit. I arrived to my appointment 10 minutes early, to ensure I was on time. At the time of my appointment I was called back to the room. From here I waited a full 80 minutes to see Dr. Macintosh. During this 80 minutes not a single staff member came to check on me or offer any information on the situation. It was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I understand that emergencies can happen but someone could at least have stuck their head in the room and offered me some information. Or if the doctor was that far behind someone could have called me ahead of time and let me know my appointment would be pushed back so I didn't have to leave work as early. Once I was with Dr. Macintosh she was awesome. Very thoughtful and thorough. I do not believe this was her fault, just poor scheduling or office management. Never have I dealt with this level of disrespect or disregard for patients. I really liked Dr. Macintosh but due to this I will be finding a new doctor."
