Billing is always wrong, they scam you for services making you come in person just to rebill, they over book doctors to the point where you get no attention to your needs even though you sit around waiting on them for an hour. This was happening before covid and only worsened since."

"Nice friendly staff and primary care dr is great. However last five prescription refills have been incorrect. Either not called in, wrong pharmacy, or wrong quantity. Requiring unnecessary delays and calls back to have corrected. Very aggravating over the last few months"

"Lab is horrible @ Wingo Way. . Their advertised closing time is 5:00. When you call, the voicemail says 5:00. When I arrived before 5:00, the rude "front desk lab person" informed me that they really closed at 4:55 and refused to see me. I had already been inconvenienced by having to go to the Wingo Way in the first place. My appointment was @ the Hospital Dr. location. They are supposed to have a lab there but only when I got there did they tell me that I had to drive to another location (Wingo Way) to get the blood work done. These people never answer the phone and take "forever" to call back. They take absolutely no regard for the value of the patient's time Avoid the lab"
