"I really enjoyed the Wholly Yin Yoga offered by Laura! Great time of meditation and being present engaging in poses that really targeted my connective tissues...joints , ligaments, etc. Slept like a baby and woke with no soreness despite doing some really deep stretches. She offered variations of the different poses to meet my abilities and they had props and mats for you to use if you did not have them. The music and dim lighting really added to the relaxing atmosphere! I would highly recommend!"
