"I came to Tracey at Physicians Plan for permanent makeup. She immediately put me at ease when I entered her office. She had gentle and calming music playing and a cozy environment as we sat down to talk about my eyebrows. She walked me through choosing the color that works best with my skin tone and what I liked most about my natural brow. After she mapped my eyebrows she had me evaluate them both laying down and sitting up, the mapping alone started to give me more confidence, I had made the right choice. Tracey started the process and it was so relaxing, we talked, the music was comforting. In a way it was the most therapeutic experience. Once she completed her rounds of treatment she had me again evaluate my eyebrows and asked me to point out any spots that I wanted tweaked. After that final last round I could NOT be happier!
