Kayla truly listens to any concern I have and is very helpful with tips about how we can best care for our dog's grooming at home too."

"Brought our golden doodle in to be groomed, we have gone several times in the past. When we picked up the lady said he had a mat in the middle of his tail so she tried to blend it, she had us pay for the service before bringing him out…our doodle now has a rat tail. No blending- just shaved his whole tail- the hair is even shorter than the rest of his body. I wish I could post a pic, his whole body and head is fluffy and then you have a long shaved tail. Three stars because the past groomer did a good job."

"My dogs have been staying at K9 since they first opened, never been dissatisfied until now!! My daughters 12 yr old aussiepoo was boarding this weekend, dropped off on Friday, along with my 1 year old ladbradoodle. Stella, the 12 year old came home with a gash about 2inches long on her snout, K9 did not say anything to my daughter, when picked her up, got home with her and found the gash along with gash infected, had to go to emergency vet, $400 later, vet said it had have happened Friday because it was infected, cannot stitch her up until infection clears up. Accidents happen, but the fact is they said nothing. Obviously they were not paying attention all weekend , how did they not notice she was in pain"
