"I have been going to this practice for 7 years now and I have nothing but good things to say. I have been seen by Dr. White all of those years, with some other Drs as fill-ins while she wasn't in. Everyone's been wonderful. I am now 36weeks pregnant and my experience has been nothing but great. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. White!"

"Lowcountry Ob/Gyn (East Cooper Physician Network LLC) added extra charges to my bill and despite months of attempted communication on my end, they have refused to fix the bill. I went in for a regular yearly check-up and was billed for topics that my RN (Alyssa Petry) brought up regarding the pre-appointment questionnaire/survey that they give all patients to fill out. Apparently answering these questions is a way to reclassify the visit so that it is no longer considered a “regular checkup” and was instead classified as a “specialized topic” visit. This adds extra charges/expenses which are not covered by insurance. East Cooper Physician’s billing recommended reaching out to the practice manager. Despite constantly calling and even visiting in person, I was never able to reach the practice manager, Missy, and was continuously told that she would get back to me. It has been months and I have heard nothing back from her. This organization is completely unethical and incompetent and I highly recommend you find somewhere else for your Ob/Gyn needs."

"Can’t get through to make an appointment!!! So sad because I absolutely love Dr. Lynch. She has delivered both of my babies. I’ve followed her to both practices and I intended to follow her to Low Country. I can not for the life of me get through on the phone. I called last week several times and finally got someone that hung up on me. I’ve called multiple other times and no one answers. I’ve got to move on :( **I don’t believe in making bad reviews as it can hurt a business but I think this needs addressed"

"I just had a horrible experience with calling the nurse triage at Lowcountry OBGYN. My doctor at this obgyn was amazing, but the establishment needs to know about this nurse I called today. I unfortunately didn’t get her name, and I never write reviews, but this experience was jarring. She dismissed my medical experiences, interrupted me at least 5 times, berated me for not knowing the exact timeline of my symptoms and medications off the top of my head, seemed to not listen to me or understand the pain I was in, and even yelled at me, which led me to hang up the phone. She called back and answered in a sweet voice and finally helped me. I’ve had countless doctors and nurses dismiss me and my symptoms due to my endometriosis, which yes, has “vague symptoms” as she described it, but I have never had one be so outwardly rude and condescending in my life. I’m truly appalled at the treatment I received, and I hope something is done about it."

"Dr. Megan Lynch is the most knowledgeable and pleasant doctor I have had. She does an amazing job and is a genuinely caring person. I'm so glad I found her. I followed her from practice to practice for over 10 years and will continue to do so."
