"I starting coming here every Wednesday morning for the past 3 weeks to cash my checks and today I had enough, the cashier at the register was the only one there and would not call me over to the booth until someone else came in when I did get to the booth I started signing my check, she keep demanding to take my picture first so I ask her to give me an few minutes so I can get my stuff in order and she went off tell me how I should already know what to do when I get there. I work long shifts sometimes I forget but that’s not how you treat your customers I didt understand the attitude that I received I always greeted her and showed respect even if she never greeted me back, after the transaction was finished I left and she said in Spanish “y’all people are always trouble” as an Afro-American man who understands Spanish its painful to hear. Im just gonna take my busy elsewhere for now on. This was at 9:30 on October 4 and I think her name is Esmeralda really an bad representation of their company. I don’t recommend the headache just take the walk somewhere else."

"As I am reading some of the reviews I’m laughing. The ladies working here are so friendly and welcoming “with me” I think it has to do a lot with how you greet people and how you speak with people at the end of the day we are all humans and should be treated kindly. As I said they are always friendly with me. I have been here more then once and one time I so forgot that I had my old drivers license on me forgot too grab my current one and when I went to pay a bill as I handed her the out dated drivers license I said I’m so sorry, Behold they have me in their system and it was not a problem the older Spanish lady helped me I think her name is Esmeralda can’t remember she is really nice."

"This place has a very disrespectful rude nosy Cashier name Esmeralda who claims she doesn't get pay enough to help or even guide or be respectful to a customer who she also claims she doesn't get enough tips by. I stepped inside this place to meet with my mother she was yelling at my mother ; that If she's not ready she should go somewhere over there. My mother was nervous dropped everything on the floor and I told her that she should have work ethics she does work as a customer service representative. She said that she doesn't have time. I asked my mother what happened and she stated that this isn't the first time and she was asking my mother her personal business: why was she disabled or even getting a SSI check. That's non of her business. People on the line said that she talks to them that way all the time that that's nothing new. I won't ever step foot into that place. My mother will never step foot into that place. I will never recommend this place to anyone. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY. OR ANY DISABLED PERSON WHO JUST NEED COURTESY TO HELP PAY THEIR BILLS. This incident was very unfortunate. We went elsewhere and the customer service was perfect that the girl deserved the 20 dollar tip she received from us. We received the money ESMERALDA gave my mother a hard time to receive. Never again!!!"
