"Two things - the process of purchasing a package just makes me so uncomfortable, it requires a credit check and you have to pay (regardless of whether you have a payment plan or pay it straight up) through their financing provider. Despite my better judgment though I agreed to a plan. Second thing, it is so hard to schedule appointments. God forbid you have to reschedule - there is availability again in over 3 weeks time at a random time slot, either take it or be pushed out even further. Of note, this rescheduling had to occur after calling and informing them I would be 10 min late over 30 min before the appointment. Despite the fact that I have been on time to my other appointments and have had to wait well over 20 min past my start time."
