"Front desk people need to be more professional. Taking personal calls, talking to the person in their ear bud, laughing loud and clapping their hands, smacking their mouth over and over. It's just not professional. The building itself needs a big update and a deep cleaning. The doctors and nurses are nice. We haven't had a problem with them so far."

"Customer service is terrible Mexican girl put Myself Total Absolute customer service on Hold we called back 7 times we heard her laughingly put us on hold as if it was humorous. The phone continuously rang no answer at all. Dr Valcort is a great doctor but her front desk employee has no professionalism about herself and work related efforts. I don't recommended you to schedule appointment speak direct its not possible you will be ignored like I have experience."
