"Doctor is ok. Office is terrible. I had the same check up and same bloodwork every 6 months. One time they put wrong code for bloodwork, lady at office is the one that told me. I was billed over $900 when all my other labs were $60. I have been trying to fix this since 2021 Then they informed my insurance company of a different reason for my checkup than all my other appointments. . I went there for same check up and same bloodwork. I paid the bills every time. There is once they put wrong code for bloodwork, $900+ mix up. Then a different check up appointment they gave my insurance a different reason. A $300 mixup. Charging for an issue I never had. That’s close to $1,000 I am being charged for errors the people putting in codes mixed up on. Then they are very rude on the phone. Receptionist there are the most disrespectful people I have ever dealt with in my life. She had an attitude saying “ I need to call my insurance “. But I already did all of this in 2020. Last receptionist I talked to said she was going to fix the issue. Lady today , wish I had her name. Tells me, since I don’t understand that I need to call my insurance there is nothing she can do. My insurance can’t do anything if they received the wrong billing codes. Doctor Cohen was nice. His staff was and I guess still is very incompetent."
