"My appointment was for 2:15pm. The Medical Assistant took my vitals, checked if my medications were up to date. I did a peak flow and pre & post bronchodilator spirometry. The PA came in and reviewed how I have been doing since my last visit and having taken antibiotics. She looked at my ears, nose snd throat, and listened to my lungs and heart. Since I have not responded well to the antibiotics to clear up my sinuses and lungs congestion, she decided that I need to follow up with the ENT doctor I saw prior to the Covid outbreak. She will send a referral and copy of her notes to Dr. Melroy to see me again in consultation and to get the surgery that he said I needed."

"I visited the Pooler office and I must say, I love the employees there. Lee Ann, Jana, Debbie, and all the other ladies there are wonderful. They are knowledgeable and attentive to the patients, and they show genuine concern for the patients. Another thing I love about this group, no one is a stranger. They greet each patient by name. It feels like family."

"My son (3 years old ) had his first visit yesterday. I loved everything about the whole office nice and clean . Staff was super nice and helpful. Dr. B was amazing! He’s very thorough with everything from the questions he ask you himself to checking the patient and telling you everything you can do to and how to do it ! The best experience we’ve had with a doctor and staff in a long time . Also would like to add when I picked up his meds the pharmacy messed up on my sons stuff and when I called the office to tell them I was put straight on the phone with the doctor in minutes no call back nothing I love it and felt very heard . I was able to actually advocate for my son"

"Dr. Bagenstose has been great. He takes the time at each appointment to go over all of your concerns and answer any questions you may have. He even looked back through my allergy testing that the previous doctor did to make sure I was tested for everything that could be mixed into my allergy shots before I began them. Surprise, surprise...I was not, so he promptly setup an appointment to get me tested for everything so I wasn't getting shots for only half of what I was allergic to. I'm so glad the previous doctor retired."

"Dr. B and his staff are the best! They are always friendly and courteous, take time to answer all my questions and make sure I understand my treatment and explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. They are easy to get in touch with when I call and appointments are easy to make. I go to the Pooler office and it is convenient and easy to get in and out. I wish all doctors offices were this pleasant and took the amount of time to provide such a pleasant experience."
