"First of all let me say , please don’t read these reviews because I did and I went in there thinking the worst to the point where my pressure was sky high and I almost had an asthma attack. Both receptionist and Dr. Keli were so so nice. I am taking about very patient, and thorough. Dr. Keli had my entire records in from of her which made the process extremely easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Keli."
"I met with NP Kelli Thompson to have my C&P Exam. She was so easy to talk to, understanding, and had all of my records directly in front of her as she performed the exam. Being in the military I often feel like I'm just a number when it comes to exams. I can tell you right now that is not the case with her. She was kind, respectful, and caring when it came to what I had to say. She shared a very powerful personal story with me as to why she does these exams and I can tell you that she's doing them for all the right reasons. I'm so grateful to have met her and would recommend anyone going through a C&P examination to get a referral here. Thank you so much Kelli, you had a big impact on my life and family. I'll make sure to pay it forward! *Don't forget to hang this on your fridge :-)"
"Went here for a C&P exam and I thought they were very nice. Most of the reviews on here describe Dr. Brown being very mean and pushing people on the ROM tests but that was not the case. She clarifies to stop when you feel pain and allows you enough time to explain your condition. Don’t listen to the bad reviews"
"We've seen this group for years - the owners are twin sisters - one is friendly, attentive and kind. The other is angry, rude, and makes frequent mistakes and assumptions with your medical history and care. After a lovely appointment with one of them, the other will call and refuse to call in what the one you just visited literally already called in for you. It will literally give you whiplash - and when you point it out, she's aggressive, combative and accusatory. I had her tell me things like I am looking for a quick weight loss solution and I need to give my medicine time to work...what!? Read your files! I've been on the same medication for 10 years, have lost 40 lbs and maintained it for over a year just with smart diet and exercise, don't drink alcohol, follow e2m and teach spin... and your sister literally recommended the new medication I'm following up about - the one you're now accusing me of trying to get as a quick solution. She managed to make mistakes calling in not one but BOTH of my medication refills (that, again, I've taken FOR YEARS) and even though I repeated them to her at least five times on the phone, she still seemed to be mixing them up. Their nurse, whose mother is the kind provider, confided in me that this is a frequent complaint for the one sister...taking over and reviewing files for patients she has not actually seen, assuming they want a quick buck or a quick solution, and refusing to call in their prescriptions or work with their insurance companies to have their care covered. Even when the treatment plan was just agreed upon and reviewed by the other sister. I'm heartbroken for the sister and her daughter who work so hard to give great care just for the other to literally wreck it because she's bitter, makes assumptions, and doesn't want to do extra paperwork. They go for the easy clients who don't have much of a choice to go there, and educated clients with higher expectations for professionalism and continuity of care - they would literally rather drop than work hard and do it ethically. They will accuse you of things you didn't do and "drop you from the practice" for doing things like calling them out on their errors or wanting deeper explanations and faster follow up than a few weeks. They also email results from a non secure gmail account, attaching lab results as PDFs with notes on them - that's all the follow up you'll get on labs unless you literally wear our their phones. Definitely not HIIPA compliant."
"If you are a veteran please schedule a different provider. Dr. Ludella Brown has a nasty attitude. She never wanted to hear the reasons I was being seen by her. She was quick to dismiss my concerns, medications and medical notes I was prescribed by my personal doctor who had been treating me for years. She rushed through the process even though it was supposed to take over a hour. I have been treated by lots of medical personnel but she had the worst bedside manner hands down. She is only collecting a check from the VA and does not care about the patient even when you have overwhelming evidence for your case."
