"The lady specifically that works in the front desk with short hair is extremely rude. Her job is to answer questions but her tone of voice and the way she speaks said otherwise. Made me wait for 3 hours and apologized because there was a “confusion”. Extremely frustrated by this place because this is not the first time. I prefer going to the one by Lowe’s because the staffs are nicer and more understanding."

"The Dr. was so helpful and explained all the details of my condition in a manner that I could understand. The nurse was very attentive, nice , and considerate of my needs. They did an outstanding job and should be commended of a job well done."

"After waiting for over 3 hours to be seen, it was rather busy that day, a quick test and was sent home. 10 minutes is all I was seen. If all you were gonna do was take a covid flu test, why not do that while everyone is waiting to be seen. Then time wouldn't be wasted by the clinic or the people waiting. Just a suggestion."

"Great experience. All staff was attentive from the time I walked in. The receptionist was very supportive Anna explained the cost Anna how the insurance would work. The triage nurse was very engaged and caring as well as the nurse practitioner. They both listened and learned about what was wrong with me. Nurse practitioner diagnosed and prescribed and I am better today than I was on Friday. Thank you to all"

"Worst experience ever. After waiting over 2 hours for appointment that was scheduled the RN was no help at all. She had a terrible bedside manner and refused to the give me any medicine. She said I had a sinus infection and a fever but none of that matters to her. I need to go to my primary care physician instead. She accused me of immediate med hopping and said there was nothing she could do. Worst experience I have ever had. I will never come back here!"
