"Customer service for this company sucks. It’s the worst I can’t get hold of nobody on the phone. The phone system is horrible. I would definitely seek alternatives because I would never order from this company again.!!! Zero Star!"
"Dear Kim, mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. You should definitely contact the psychiatrist especially when you’re at risk of emotionally distressing, your customers, or even physically harming them who knows what you’re capable of but anyways go back in the kitchen and dip those strawberries that’s all you’re good for take care."
"Great experience! Last minute gift idea for a birthday party. Ordered online and picked up with ease. Nice arrangement!"

"Save yourself the money and headache and order somewhere else. I did not purchase the items, but I was on the receiving end for Valentine’s Day. As someone very special to me attempted to surprise me with a Valentine’s Day gift. The surprise package was supposed to arrive on Valentine’s Day by 12pm to ensure I would be home, and it did not arrive till 8pm… the sender Ordered 3 balloons, two stuffed sloths hugging, a large platter, and vibrant flowers in a premium vase …$260 later it arrived 8 hours late, the platter was soggy balloons were deflated and the flowers were missing in entirety and the delivery person apologized on the store behalf and told me to notify the sender so the sender can ask for a refund. (Why was the sender not notified by the store) also… why would the store make this kid deliver inadequate goods to people knowing they were soggy and rotten. Fast forward, I called the store and complained so they sent me the flowers they missed out on… here is what they sent… tell me if soggy cheese cake, rotten strawberries and deflated balloons and dead flowers is worth $260 to you? I will never order from this place and I hope no one I know ever orders anything for me from this place again… they’re truly insulting. And I feel terrible someone spend that much money on me for garbage!!!!!"
