"It was very convenient & quick. Everyone was professional & cordial. The facility was not as clean as I would have liked. It didn't appear to have been cleaned in awhile. There was visual dirt on the floor & equipment. The doors & door jams & woodwork had not been cleaned for some time."

"Never had any issues coming here. Highly recommend especially for moderate illness concerns, physicals etc. The check in process is super easy as a walk-in or if you decide to schedule an appointment. All the nurse practitioners I’ve come across which has been a total of (3) thus far have been super sweet to include the medical assistants + receptionists… They’ve been thorough with me and my children. If they thought they couldn’t treat us there they referred us to the main hospital No issues billing wise with insurance, they really make the process as easy as possible even when it comes to prescriptions. I love the idea of Urgent Care and the resources they can provide without the long wait. The only thing I could see that could use improvement is the cleanliness. Tighten up on the procedures a bit more. The rooms are always dusty, trash cans overly filled, you can tell the base borders haven’t had a good mopping in a while, loose hair, debris on the floor, waiting room in between patients taking the time to wipe and sanitize things down, front lobby etc."

"Foremost is the ease of making an appointment from the Google Map app. Staff were exceptional!! Was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. Had a short wait. First had vitals taken which included a requested Covid test.. Next a PA Deborah(?) advised me of the negative Covid test plus was very helpful with evaluating my issue with great no prescription recommendations. I highly recommend Low Country!! Making that appointment online made the whole experience even better."

"I came in with my husband feeling extremely nauseous & the staff made check in & seeing me very simple. We overheard the nurse practitioner say the wait time would be about 45 minutes because she was the only one there, but she was not rude or short tempered which made our wait all the more pleasant. I was seen in a timely manner & I’d definitely return & recommend Lowcountry Urgent Care!"
