"The front desk is very rude. Was trying to become a new client but they were not helpful or pleasant in anyway. They acted as if questions were an issue when they are the ones handling the insurance we're using. Would not recommend. Also once I showed up to my appointment, was told not taking patients but get an email saying I missed my appointment. So also making sure they didn't bill my insurance because I heard they have a record of doing so"

"This office, especially Dr. Branch, showed zero concern for my well being. I went into the office needing a referral for a cardiologist. She agreed and said she would send the referral. The next four days after six unreturned phone calls, no prescriptions being called in, and no referrals being sent my husband had to go to office personally and stand there to physically watch them send referrals in. I will never go back and will make it my mission that no one else ever goes to this office. I have never in my life been treated this badly by a medical doctor."
