"This place is horrible. You call in sick on a Thursday and they tell you they will get you in on a Monday. Ridiculous! The front office is incompetent and rude. The NP’s and clinical staff are nice, the front office staff isn’t worth wasting your time going. They hire people who have no clue what they are doing and are rude. I have been going for months and changing doctors, because I am sick of there front office staff and the rude uncaring attitude every time I call."

"THIS REVIEW SAYS EVERYTHING PERFECTLY! "Thad Riley is as fine a physician as can be found. At one time, this office was served by an outstanding staff, equal to Dr Riley’s abilities. With his retirement, save yourself and find another doctor. The current staff is incompetent and uncaring, to say the least. I needed surgery, brought the necessary forms to the office, and they lost them, but never let me know. I called after almost a month and was told the forms were never received (I delivered them myself). Then, when replacements were sent they refused to present them to Dr Riley and stonewalled me. I don’t know the successor physicians, but this staff will ruin them, just as they have stained Dr Riley’s last days.""

"Ever since Susan retired and Thad has transitioned out the place has gone down hill. The turnover rate for the staff is incredibly high, they are extremely rude, and beyond unhelpful and unwilling to go any extra steps. The only good thing about the office is the Medical Records receptionist, even though she is constantly overworked transferring patients records to other offices as they leave at record highs. Since the Riley's are no longer there - not worth the headache and disrespect."

"Very professional and always a pleasant experience. Awesome staff everyone including the lab techs, everyone. My doctor listens to my concerns and addresses them urgently. I have no complaints. My doctor is the best ( Dr. Angela Davis). I've been coming for years and my entire family including my grandchildren also come here as well. I recommend this health care center to everyone."
