"They do not offer the psychiatric services to the community and ltc facilities as stated. The ER will tell you they do not have psychiatrists on staff to evaluate patients at all times.So why are they stating they are impatient/outpatient psychiatric care if there are no psychiatrists to evaluate and treat? People don't have mental health issues at the convenience of doctors. There is no such thing at RMC as round the clock mental health care and the ER doctors will tell you that."
