"No reflection on Mr. Carter.....or is it? I'm so big on customer service that I do not appreciate having to say Hello first or repeat myself three times and enter an unattended room when the Lady with the office on the right failed to get off the phone, to come out to Greet us as potential customers of Mr. Carter. She yelled from her office to ask us what we wanted. I paused hoping she would gracefully come to where we were sitting so that we didn't have to yell back to her since it was very unprofessional for her to be doing it...as if I'm yelling for a beer at a ball game. And there is a such thing as confidentiality, even for insurance or help we needed. The other associate was on the phone with her door closed. The rude lady said the other lady will help us when she's finished. We were the only two customers in the place after a few minutes I asked the Rude lady if the other associate knew that we would like to see her....She apparently lied, the associate came immediately out to address us and said that she heard me ask the Rude lady the question. This associate was knowledgeable and professional, But it was too late...The poor, ignorant and unprofessional customer service ruined it for us. I was hoping she would redeem herself by apologizing for her rudeness. They say the mouse will play when the cat is away.....But in this case when the Boss is away the customers are mistreated and leave away. Just go into any competitors offices they Speak and Inviting."
