"So where do I need to start. I can truly understand why the orangeburg hospital system has such a low rating. I took my mom to this clinic for an issue that is very serious. Dr. Brown saw her and did some tests. This was on 11/2/23 . It is now 1/5/24 we have called almost every day since her follow-up. First, they couldn't find the results. For two weeks mean while they kept saying someone would call back that never happened. So I went there hoping to find someone with any answers only to find out her they still couldn't find her test results. I left, and they did find the results, but no one could read or understand them. So I have been waiting on a call from Dr. Brown to give us some kind of information for about 2 weeks or better now. I said that to say this if you have something that needs immediate attention, find yourself some place else to go. You don't want to die trying to get answers. So I guess I will talk to PC and find another way. Maybe they care about some and not others. Seriously, need and over haul of their system. One very disappointed woman"

"I don’t know who the receptionist is but she never stated her name or anything, as soon as i started talking to her she started giving me attitude and the first call she wouldn’t even listen to me. Than when i did call back the second time and told her the nurse she transferred me too her line rung twice and vent to an automatic system that stated the nurse herself and my doctor weren’t going to be back in to the 7th, i tried to tell the lady and she 1 cut me off multiple times, and 2 wasn’t trying to let me switch my doctor. If you’re going to have someone answer your phones at least make sure they’ll actually greet people the right way. She needs to be looked into honestly."

"Yesterday , I tried out the new doctor. Dr. Brown… I like her. Very attentive… listened… she asked important questions… I asked important questions and she answered them thoroughly. I liked her. I was in at 10:30 out at 11:30. She has a great spirit and a great personality…"

"If you can actually get them to answer the phone they WILL NOT help you. They always transfer you to the nurse even if you need to make/reschedule an appointment. Then the nurse never answers and you have to leave a voicemail. Then if you’re lucky you’ll get the nurse to call you back hours later. Also do not be in a rush when getting there for an appointment. If.your appointment is at 1 you might as well get comfy because you won’t be seen until 2."
