"This place was the absolute worst. They never ever call you back . The staff never hardly answer the phone or call back after leaving messages. I went in to see my doctor and asked her a quick question abd she said I needed to reschedule to come back to answer that question. We were in a car accident and needed to come in. I called several different times they never answered or called back... it's been almost 3 weeks still no call back. As of today im looking for a new children's doctor one that is caring and returns calls I'm very disappointed of this place."
"Dr. Jones is the only saving grace for this office. She’s very sweet, listens to her patients, and is very personable. The staff, nurses, down to their phone service, are completely incompetent and I’ll be looking for care elsewhere. You shouldn’t have to close your entire office down for “training” in the middle of the week. My last visit I almost had to give a second round of blood tests because they mistook me for ANOTHER patient while I was waiting to check out. Forget about trying to get in touch with anyone for your prescription’s or appointments either - and when you express your frustrations, you’ll get a VM in a very passive aggressive tone about their reasoning for not reaching back out. All these instances took place over the last 3-4 years I have been seen there and I would have rather stuck to my pediatrician if I knew moving into this office would just be a mess."
"I thought changing to this provider would help me get a better quality of care and I was completely wrong! 1) It’s extremely difficult to get an appointment 2)In August when I had my appointment I informed my provider that my pain management referral was expired and she told me that there was nothing that I needed to do and they would update it. It took me calling them for weeks, having my pain management center contact them, leaving voicemails, etc to get my referral updated. They didn’t update it until the end of October! And I had to miss my appointment and push it back 2 weeks because. 3) I have been having some abnormal changes in my body, labs were done that showed one level that was low, the nurse called to give me results and I asked her that maybe that love level, even though it’s not significantly low could be bad for my body because I’m having all these changes, she told me she would reach out to provider… I haven’t heard anything since and this was at the end of August. I had an ultrasound on my Ovaries 2 weeks ago. They finally called with the results, I asked the nurse that called what is the next course of action as I’m having these changes still and I am worried, she said she will let the provider know… I know that I will not hear anything back from them. This is the absolute worst place to receive care. If you aren’t on the brink of death they don’t care, and the crazy part about that is that you really could be on the brink of death and they would not know because they don’t care enough to follow up! I’m literally tearing up while writing this because I afraid that something more serious may be going on with me, but now I have to find a new provider and go through the entire process of establishing care again… If you are able please don’t go to this provider, find someone else. I gave 2 stars because at least she did the bare minimal of running a basic lab and ordering an ultrasound…."
"I've been going here for years and I don't think I'm coming back.. I came just to get my a prescription again that ran out. My appointment was at 3 I got there at 2:55 and didn't leave until 5. They wanted to take blood and forgot about me I had to stand where I could be seen so they would remember I was there. I've never had such a rough visit. Two hours is too long for a refill."
"If I could leave Zero stars I would!!! Appointment scheduled for 9:20am. We arrived at 9:15am. People who walked in after me, seen before my child and supposedly had earlier appointments. Because I marked the my child had sneezing and a cough, I was told to go back to my car after waiting 30 minutes. The. 20 minutes later told to come back inside because they didn’t have any tests left. Just here for a well check and ended up feeling like I was at the ER waiting nearly 2 hours. People talk about not taking your children to be seen like they are supposed to but when you are that parent who has your children best interest at heart… best believe we’ll be finding a new pediatrician!!"
