"My experience is normally a pleasant one when meeting w/Dr. Hampton. She gives me her undivided attention, asks pointed questions as well as my opinion, and gives solutions rather than more meds or suggestive surgeries. I do have a question regarding reception. When you walk in, you sign in & are told to have a sear. Minutes later you’re called back up to produce your ID, insurance info, & are given forms to complete. You are again called to retrieve your identification. Up, down, up, down, up, down! Having survived a horrific car accident and subsequent operations & therapies, it’s not the easiest thing to pop back up once I’ve finally sat down. I’m sure many of your elderly patients feel the same way but may be too afraid to voice their opinion."
