"If I could leave negative stars I would. The receptionists at this facility are extremely rude. It’s as if they don’t want to work there. Our appt was at 830, but they keep the doors to this facility locked until 830, so there’s no point in coming early. When I walked in, all the receptionist had their backs turned to me as if they didn’t want to help. We stood in line looking to see which one was going to greet us, neither one of them did. We are the only ones in the office so it’s not like they were helping anyone else. We stood there for 1-2 mins, and no one greeted us. We sat down, then I noticed a smelly aroma, as if they mopped the floor with a fecal mop. We were there for 10 mins (mind you, we’re the only ones in there) before the receptionist finally asks “Do y’all have an appointment?” . Her demeanor was rude and unwelcoming and we couldn’t help but to assume the doctors might be the same way. After all, your frontline receptionist are a direct reflection of you. Needless to say, we left. I wasn’t willing to pay for service like this. I wish I’d read more reviews because I see other people have complained about the receptionist as well."

"Great doctors, horrible office staff. Multiple times did not give prescriptions called in to prescriotion message line, gave incorrect information, and filed under wrong insurance. Always bad attitude to complaints. Asked for office manager multiple times, were not allowed to speak with them. Anytime we needed anything done, we had to physically go up there. The worst! We changed doctors earlier this year. Now I am reminded of their incompetence because we received a bill for our visit from last November where they again filed under insurance policy from two years ago. Total horrorshow, avoid!!!!"

"Love the pediatrician we see when she’s available. The older lady at front desk is extremely rude . Was on hold for over an hour so walked in for child to be seen her response to me was sorry we can’t see her and you didn’t get an answer because our phones are off til 1. I explained we were here Friday because my child had been running fever since Wednesday and had another issue that the doctor that saw her addressed and told me they would call me over weekend with results and doctor on call did. Was told if symptoms continued to bring her back ASAP do with her still having fever now Tuesday I brought her back and had to argue to have my child seen. The older women said I only have one doctor and double booked but if you care to wait I’ll see if we can get her seen but you will have to wait I said that’s fine my child needs to be seen. Definitely considering another pediatrician office not because of nurses or the doctors but the front receptionist. She is terrible when it comes to showing any concern about the patients."

"Been going here with my three children since they were born. The nurses and staff are great. Every time I went there the doctor that I had was gone. I had to explain everything to 3 different people. I don't want an intern or a student. I want to explain everything to one person, presumably a doctor that already knows my child's health history. Dr. Rigtrup was great, kids loved him. I understand him retiring though."

"Pretty good place. Sometimes you ave to wait a little while but not too long. The staff are all very nice and definitely want to make sure your baby is good. It is kind of confusing to figure out where you’re supposed to go at first because it’s attached to a building that looks like you’re supposed to go in through the front but you have to go to the back on the left side."
