"Literally the worst doctors office I have ever been too. I went seeking out mental health support. I saw a doctor for 15 minutes and a social worker for another 10 and got a $600 bill. On top of this they gave me medication but would not refill the prescription unless I got counseling from their center, which I could not afford. Along with this it took me three weeks to get in contact just to pay the bill. I left numerous messages for their billing department and never heard anything back. I finally had to just pay my bill with the receptionists at the front desk who were nice and the only positive aspect of this clinic at all. The amounts that they billed my insurance and myself were outrageous. I wouldn’t be surprised if they get looked at for insurance fraud. Avoid going here at all costs! You would be better off a a Walgreens clinic."
"The front office staff was very nice, but the doctor spent very little time in the room and seemed to barely be listening when I tried to talk about my symptoms. He was halfway out the door when I was still trying to ask him questions. As I was leaving, I was upset that my initial concern had not been resolved, so I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she got the Medical Assistant for me. The MA took the time to listen to my concerns and to talk with me about things I could do to ease pain."
