"This place is an absolute joke and very unprofessional and smells your pee. Then they call who was gonna be your job and lies about what actually happened. Threw my pee in the trash because she said it didn't smell like urine. Mind you I have brain damage and it takes me a while to even be able to pee so I had built myself up to that point just to have them smell it and throw it away and tell me they need to take another sample. They searched me all the way other than pulling my pants down. Luckily for me I actually recorded everything on my phone didn't get the job but I'm talking to the right people let's just put it like that"
"I don’t know if the people who work here are ugly to my partner because she’s obviously gay- but the people who work here are absolutely horrendous and unprofessional. As a nurse, I was absolutely horrified that the “physician” here shamed my partner about her teeth- are you so far removed from reality that you as a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL don’t realize that not everyone has had access to dental care for their entire life? There is NO reason for that. Also the snippy lady repeatedly implied that my partner was on drugs. No hand hygiene was observed either. Twice this has been an extremely anxiety inducing experience for a sweet person who already has white coat syndrome. Shame on you. Distrust in medical professionals is at an all time high and your behavior may not mean anything to you, but patients you treat this way will never forget how you made them feel. Avoid this facility if you at all can."
"We tried using these guys for a while. We have to be enrolled in a random drug screening program for DOT compliance, even though we’re a small company with only two drivers, my brother and I, pulling tool trailers with pick ups. It just doesn’t work. The hours in which they will see us, are 7:30am-1:00pm. My understanding, is if we were paying out of pocket, it would be no problem. But since we have a compliance group hired, they have to have 3 hrs before closing time, to process a ‘federal’, drug screen. This just doesn’t work."
"I went to take a urine test. Took the test and thought it was over. A Staff member took my urine and smelt it and said I have to retake it. Weird! I left the office only to find out I’m unemployed now. I’ve called around to multiple facilities and asked is this normal they all said NO! I believe because of my skin complexion he did this. I called their office and they said they can do that. I plan on taking further steps because this is flat out wrong and disgusting."
"Went for a pre employment drug screening and they said there was no smell and refused my sample. Never knew u could fail off smell. Never felt so uncomfortable when the man said I now need to watch you pee."
