"This is a follow up to a previous review and to your office response. I am NOT waiting on a PA. It is not necessary for my insurance (who has been filling this SAME medication for months) to have a PA for a REFILL on the medication I have been receiving already. (Forget the fact that I've been a diabetic for 17 years and you guys already played with my insulin prescription MULTIPLE times this year). I have been trying, as well as my pharmacy, since at least Oct 10 (as this medication requires a refill every month as it's 2 14/day sensors). I have been without SINCE OCTOVER 10 WHEN MY LAST PRESCRIPTION WENT OUT. I, and my pharmacy, have called the office a MINIMUM OF 15 TIMES, and I STILL do not have a prescription. I am beyond furious. And taking matters further than your office."

"My first visit they looked at issue my foot. I was slightly pleased with the service. My 2nd visit I was referred to get an MRI, that was mid-late July! 3 weeks and they never sent my requested info to the MRI office. My bill was over $200 and all the dr did was look at my foot. LITERALLY EYEBALLED my foot!!! Ended up calling another Dr and got a diagnosis and treatment! ONE VISIT! This place is only out to get money!! I should have known when I called the office and they were taking new patients SAME DAY"
