"I'm 14 weeks pregnant and haven't been able to keep food and water down all day. I go in at 7:10 and they close at 8. They rejected all patients from going in. If anything happens to my baby, I'm holding them accountable. This is not okay to do."

"The NP that saw me had unprofessional bedside manner NP H…..L I hope you learn that patients are not cattle and you can take time to speak to them and if they ask to speak to you do not have your MA or Nurse be a firewall between you and the patient. I had a specific concern and your nurse also wasn’t professional. I will not come back here. They are just more concerned about payment. I spent more time with the billing person. Please avoid this place if you can. It wasn’t packed either, so not sure why this NP who doesn’t have the passion to go back to school to be an MD , just couldn’t come back to hear my concerns. Also, what I don’t understand is why prescribe minimal medications since I have the flu?? Never coming back."

"Taking my 8yo in due to headaches, eye pain, & nausea after 2 hours, we headed to the emergency room. When requested to speak to the charge nurse, Ashley, not only was she dismissive, she was condiciding by questioning me why did I not question the nurse if I felt things were moving slow. After hanging up one, she called back with my child's results but when I questioned why did she hang up to only call back,she began with the yelling once again. I would not bring a dying dog to this location for observation, let along a person"

"I brought my medically fragile sister-in-law to have blood drawn today for a doctors appointment tomorrow. She was refused because she didn’t have an appointment and they were too busy. It took a great effort for her to get to the facility and she had called repeatedly the day before to make an appointment. She was unable to get through as the line was busy. There was one other person in the lab waiting room. How could they turn this woman away? Where is the compassion in our society? It takes two minutes to draw a lab!"

"Quick in and out. Doctor not very personal and friendly. Minimal meds for treatment. Compared to Charleston Medicare Urgent care. I would not recommend. The nurse was very kind, empathetic and friendly and explained things with out appearing to be busy or unconcerned. The nurse was the best part of the visit. She deserves a 5. The doctor was not unfortunately."
