"The customer service here is terrible. My mom just switched out of their office because of their terrible customer service regarding answering phones and refilling prescriptions. It has been over 2 months since my allergy prescription ran out. I have tried time and time again to get it refilled , in person at appointments and on the phone and have gotten nothing. It is so terribly disappointing knowing this is a doctors office who has the worst patient/customer care. I plead everyone to not go here. The head doctor is nice enough, but if you need any kind of help on prescriptions or anything that needs some urgency, please please please do not come here."

"First and foremost, I’d like to say that everyone in this office has been nothing but kind. From speaking with them over the phone to expressing my concerns about the wait time to see Briana, I’ve been treated with nothing but understanding and kindness. While I won’t be returning to this clinic due to the extensive wait time to see a provider in this office, I just appreciate the clinic for being understanding of me choosing to not stay for my appointment due to the wait time. I’ve been to places before where I’ve kindly expressed me wanting to leave due to the long wait and have been treated disrespectfully because of it."

"I love Briana Huyck but getting someone to answer the phone here is the absolute worst! If this were my first experience, I would chalk it up to timing but it is not. Whomever the office manager is here needs to get up and check on their people. I can’t get a line in to get a pre authorization that insurance needs (pharmacy has already sent) but when you walk up to check in or leave, you need to wait until someone finishes a personal phone call before they can deal with you. I would love to call the office manager and tell him/her, but I keep getting an answer service that says, “No, I cannot help you”… what a waste! And, I have been calling for 40 minutes. The office closes in 8 minutes. I wish Briana Huyck would venture on or maybe someone will read this and find her the support she do badly needs."

"I’ve been to this location for a year now. Melissa Richardson is a wonderful primary care physician. She listens, she understands, and she gives the best care that I need. Front desk and check out staff are friendly and helpful. Johnathon is a very respectful nurse. I feel comfortable with them and their attention to my overall health and care."

"I really like Briana Huyck but the communication in this office is absolutely horrendous!! It takes weeks for them to respond to any type of communication. And forget about refill requests! Those could take months. Nobody seems to know what is going on and apparently no notes are taken, as I have called every single day to fix an error they made and there is no note about any action or communication haven taken place. I understand offices get busy and things happen unexpectedly but a week is more than sufficient time to submit a referral or order (literally nothing is to be done in this office- already had my appointment, all that is left is having the referral/order approved and sent!). I have been on the fence about finding a new PCP due to this incredibly poor communication. If I didn't like Briana so much I would have been long gone!"
