"Worked for My pharmacy optical as a vaccinator. They never provided me with a badge and I had to enter long term care facilities, assisted living facilities, as well as patient homes without proper identification. Frequently sent me into facilities with inaccurate information pertaining to vaccinations. Frequently did not send enough vaccines. Also, as an employee I never filled out any paperwork, a drug screen wasn’t performed, nor a background check, nothing. So they of course had no information from me such as an emergency contact. But the straw that broke the camel’s back was when I had an emergency in which left me unresponsive for quite some time (never missed a day of work). I physically could not respond. I received a text from the owner, Hamp, threatening to call authorities on me and report me to the state board because I could not physically respond and/or provide him with vaccine consent forms. I always arrived to work on time. I always responded promptly to any text, emails, and/or phone calls. I performed my duties proficiently. I was available at short notice and never received any complaints. But I wouldn’t recommend this company as a stable work environment for anyone. The owner displays self-centered, insensitive, and simply disrespectful qualities. In a field that is focused around compassionate, patient-centered care, he lacks that for the people he has working for him."
