"If I could give more than five stars, I would! I called, and Laura could fit me in last minute for an appointment with Dr. Chapman. Upon arriving, I was instantly greeted by Laura at reception. She brought up all my information with MyChart, saving time. Bobbie ushered me back and performed all my vitals quickly and efficiently. Dr. Chapman was professional, informative, and very personable. The appointment was clear and concise with what to expect at the next meeting. He could pull up my test results, eliminating duplicate and unnecessary tests. I'm happy I found my new doctor. Latasha greeted me with a smile for checkout, and again, it was a great experience. She found an early morning appointment and alleviated my concerns instantly. This office saved me from having to cancel a major surgery I had planned for over four months. I'm so happy to have found my new PCP and medical office!"

"It has been a CONSTANT issue getting my medication sent correctly to the pharmacy for going on 4 months now! Each month, I've had to go DAYS without my medication because the doctor was "too busy" to send the correct prescription/dosage to Walgreens. A couple times, when they finally got it sent over, it wasn't the right dosage or quantity. Then I'd have to go through the process of contacting and pleading for the doctor to simply send my prescription over for me. After 2-4 days of calling and sending messages via the app and getting the run-around, they FINALLY send it over. So if you don't mind being prescribed medication and having your body get used to it, to then be deprived for days and days with NO care or consideration at all, then you'll love it there."

"Wish I never came to this place. Dr. Wilkins never went the extra mile to get things done or to recommend anything. Anytime a doctor tells you to go google stuff it defeats the purpose of having a doctor. I felt my concerns was never addressed. Listening to the manager Anthony I tried to give him a second chance and once again a waste of my time and money. Which at this point no patient should be charged for a visit if the doctor does zero to help. Companies like Lexington and Prisma just look at patients as money nothing more nothing less. I never should of had to remind this doctor for a referral. Like many places I've been to they don't even explain to you your blood test results. You're just left guessing trying to figure out what it is through the patient portal. When I asked about flags on mines never got a true answer to what it is and what I can do to improve it. I would recommend anyone to stay far away from this company as a whole!"
