"First of all, the phone system needs an overhaul, but when you do get someone, they are very nice and helpful. Aside from the phone system, I have to give five stars because I have been able to get same day appointments for my sick child which means the world. Heather Trotter is so kind and good with my boy that I am glad she is there."

"I've been going to peach tree medical center as my PCP for a few years. My wife does as well. I usually love J Waites and his attention to detail. I used to see Dr. Brightharp but an issue arose when working out of state where I ran out of my medication (no controlled substances) and he told his staff to tell me to come see him before he refills anything or "go to the ED if it's that bad..." ... Well, I had to go to another doctor in Maryland (paid $385 out of pocket) to ensure I didn't run out of heart medication. I started going to J Waites (much harder to get in with) and things have been much better. Fast forward to today 9/24/2020 and my foot has been in pain for a week. I can't get J Waites so I had to settle with Brightharp. He looks at my foot for 35 seconds and says, "go get an x-ray". I said, I really need to discuss pain management as Tylenol and ibuprofen were no longer working. His reply, " go get the x-ray first, than we can talk...". So I go to the connected hospital to get an x-ray I apparently need to discuss my pain level. Nobody shows me any x-ray, nobody explains what I just paid for to me in any fashion. I go back to Brightharp and he tells me to go to an orthopedic next. He gives me antiinflammatories, recommends I use tylenol for pain, which hasn't worked for 4 days. I haven't slept a full night for a week plus. I haven't been able to work. We are in the middle of a pandemic. I am in constant pain but that didn't seem to be an issue for Brightharp. I had to ask multiple times for pain management that would work as he kept denying it's need. If you can't trust your PCP's team to be competent when they are unavailable, go find another doctor. If you feel like you are just a walking ATM for another doctor in the practice, go find another doctor. If your doctor doesn't ask you what pain level you are at while simultaneously denying you pain medication, go find another doctor. I'm disappointed that if J Waites isn't available, I'd be better off going to the ED for help. When that's the case, go find another practice. If it was J Waites and nursing staff, I'd be much more confident and pleased with the level of service. I just don't see it in Brightharp."
"Dr. Carlson is always on top of treatments and helps as much as she possibly can. Staff and nurses are always friendly and I rarely have a wait time when getting a check up or call in for an illness. This is one of my best experiences with a doctor in the county."
