"Exam went well and doctor was friendly. BUT My appointment started at 10:20, I was done around 10:50. Then it took them an hour just to check me out. I probably would have had to wait longer but I got a little upset and stern with them. During the checkout process, my insurance wouldn’t take but by that point I was so over it I ended up paying out of pocket. They did later call and tell me my insurance was entered and they were issuing me a refund. A couple weeks later I called and requested my prescription be mailed to me so I could order my contacts through a different provider. It’s been two weeks now and I still have don’t have it. During my trial contacts I noticed my prescription was incorrect and didn’t have my astigmatism. They confirmed the astigmatism prescription was in my glasses but not my contacts and just shrugged it off. I’m doing anything to avoid going back there, even if it’s getting my contact prescription corrected."

"Every experience I've had at this office has been a pleasant one. My husband and I ended up there in November of last year after finding out the eye doctor we had seen was not in network. They happily accepted our prescriptions from the other doctor and helped us find glasses that we have both been happy with. In December we took our 8 year old daughter there for her first exam and the doctor discovered she had a lazy eye after 8 years and definitely needed glasses. Then yesterday, 2/3/24, my son and I went in there to get the nose pad fixed on my husband's glasses. Sue went above and beyond to fix this because they did not have spare nose pads for Ray Ban glasses. She had to borrow nose pads from the display frames. And then she proceeded to adjust and repair my son's glasses that we had not even purchased from them. They have earned this family's business for good!"

"l broke my favorite pair of glasses, so I was really worried I was gonna have to wait for a new pair to arrive, but Sue really helped me out by getting me a replacement frame at the store and placing my old lenses into the new frame so I didn’t have to wait at all!
