"I called today May 31 to ask if new patients were being accepted. When Cynthia answered she sounded annoyed as I am sure the phone had not stopped ringing since the day began. She stated that the doctors were booked out until September and when I answered “oh my” she said “sorry, bye bye” and hung up. She never mentioned looking to see if there had been a cancellation or to express helping in any other way. I suggest she get retrained in customer service. I have family members who go to this practice and are very pleased with the staff there which is why I called. Needless to say, the next practice I called was very kind and although I have to wait 3 weeks was able to get me an appointment."

Especially Mahoney but they have a secretary there named Cynthia and she is just rude. i was trying to get some answers to my questions and she responded “I don’t have time to go back and fourth with you today” and connected me to someone else! I would highly NOT recommend this office until they get more respectful staff!"
