"Love everyone in this office always pleasant and the quality of care is top notch. Dr tucker is one of the best and I only saw another doctor she was assume. Staff always nice , I come in they know who I am that’s a plus for me. The Tec’s blood work Delaney wow always great to talk to and her care with the patients always top notch."
"Scheduled an appointment to see my doctor 6 weeks from the time I called. About a month later they called and said they could not see me at the scheduled time. Next available opening wasn't until 2 months away. They were NOT inclined to get me in any sooner. Will not be going back to this office again."
"The doctors are super nice. The nurses seemed trying to be nice. But they often don’t replying my calls, even when they promised to call. The person who handles insurance is the worst. The matter often fell into a dark hole. If the claim was denied, and if you were anxiously waiting for an answer, you would never get it unless you call them. Such experience happened repeatedly to me."
"WORST experience I have ever had at a medical office! Please find another place to do business. I will say that the Doc was great to talk to and helpful, but I learned as you read this rant that you have to be aware (BEWARE) of what you say in your medical visit.......it will be documented. NOTE: this medical office had the chance to be the hero for our family of 5 and help fix this situation but opted out. We just moved to the area and wanted to establish a new local doctor for our entire family. I made an appointment and see the doctor and establish new service and we talked about life, what activities and hobbies I like to do, family, number of children, past medical issues if any, allergies, surgeries.....etc the normal stuff you talk about when meeting a new doctor for the first time, not your typical 30-45 min wait to see the doctor then 10 min wait in the smaller room with the paper covered table, then 5 min visit with the doctor and off you go.... we spent about 30-45 min and at the end I asked if I could have labs on something very specific and the doctor said sure. Flag number 1: Two weeks go by and no lab results so I called back to find out the results from my test I took. It was at this time I was informed that my specimen was accidentally thrown away and they were sorry but I would have to come back and leave another specimen. Flag Number 2: Same week, I received a bill for $318 from Riverside Family Medicine for uncovered cost by my insurance company ....okay so i called my insurance to find out why it wasn't covered, they said, " it wasn't covered because you went in for Obesity and we do not cover medical visits for this on your policy." WHAT! that was my reaction....then I had to laugh because I thought this must clearly be a mistake and I will talk to the medical facility. I told our insurance rep that in must be a mistake and I will call them so they can correct it. NOTE: I'm in good physical shape. I working out, regulatory weight lift, run and play sports. So i called Riverside Family Medicine and let them know the situation thinking it was just a mistake and it would be cleared up.....but I was wrong. They said in the doctors notes say I talked about weight and you had a diagnosis of being obese so we are billing you for "Obesity" visit.....I felt like I just went to this medical office and they said, " Your new Welcome......your fat.....that will be $318 have a good day.....lol So I really tried to reason with the billing person and ask the question, "If i was diagnosed with obesity and billed for it as my visit, shouldn't the doctor have noted that he put me on a dietary plan or referred me to a place that I could get help?" Because that didn't happen and that wasn't the reason I came to see him. So she was nice enough to talk to the manager and call me back and she said her manager couldn't change the reason for the visit because if they did it would be considered "Insurance Freud" So NOW "I" am asking them to commit insurance fraud. I'm now fat and a lair....I am a FAT LAIR....lol I feel that its fraud to charge someone or their insurance company for something not addressed or requested by the insured. Thank you for taking the time to read I hope this helps you in your choice of picking a place that can serve you and your families medical needs. I am sure i will get a call soon after writing this from the manager so I will keep you posted and update this review accordingly."
"After Dr. Poinsett left my care was transitioned to the PA, Beth. I am not pleased with her at all! She is uptight and unpleasant. The last straw was when I called in to get a prescription refilled for an as needed medicine I had been on for years and she would not fill it for me because I hadn't been in to see her in 6 months. Seriously?! I decided to change providers and practices and no longer go there."
