"This is the worst medical office I have ever been to. I called 35 times trying to get someone to take care of my problem. I'm still in pain they have the test results. They say they are gonna call you back if and when you get lucky and talk to someone and they never do they will swear to you that they will call you back and they never do. I've never experienced this kind of treatment from a medical office. i'm not sure what's going on but the doctors need to be aware of this and need to fire the complete staff. Very upset it has been 6 weeks since I first saw them, still in pain, no pain medicine, nothing. Never ever go there. I wish I had read all the reviews before I made an appointment."
"There needs to be an option for a zero star rating so that businesses like this receive a true evaluation in their overall rating. Based on the written reviews + my personal experience today the rating for this business should be below 3.0. My husband was referred to this office in January 2023 by a wonderful team. We were told that the pain management group would be in touch within 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. This never happened. My husband called the practice and left messages attempting to schedule. No one called back. After months of trying he called his original referring physician to let them know he was not getting through. Miraculously shortly after this call an appointment was booked. Leading up to the appointment he received 2 text messages confirming his appointment time. One read 3:15, the other 3:30. In abundance of caution we arrived at 3:06pm. This is when the front desk staff shares that there was new patient paperwork that was expected and that my husband was meant to arrive at 2:45pm. My husband politely shared that he did not receive any paperwork or notification of paperwork nor did any of the text messages reflect arriving at 2:45pm. He offered to show her the text messages and she did not want to see them. Instead she stated that she would have to confirm with the doctor if he could still be seen. WHAT?!? She returns 10 minutes later to say that my husband would have to reschedule. I offer to sit in the waiting room and complete the paperwork since he is a referral while the doctor performs the visit. She refuses and restates we have to reschedule. Then she continues to share that their scheduling system has been having issues. Again, WHAT?!? If you have known issue why are you faulting us? We were so disappointed and agreed that if there was this much confusion in just scheduling the visit we could only imagine the lack of care in performing the visit and decided to leave. Such a shame that practices like this still receive referrals."
