About the Business
Crossroads is a leading opioid and drug addiction treatment center located at 157 Brozzini Court in Greenville, South Carolina. Our dedicated team of doctors, nurse practitioners, counselors, and professionals are committed to helping individuals start their path to recovery from substance-use disorders. We specialize in medication-assisted treatment and provide accessible, convenient, and high-quality care. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and many commercial insurance plans.
Since 2005, Crossroads has been at the forefront of opioid addiction treatment, offering evidence- and measurement-based care to help individuals with substance-use disorders and mental-health illnesses. Our comprehensive approach combines FDA-approved medications like methadone, suboxone, sublocade, and vivitrol with individual or group counseling, toxicology, and medical care directed by on-site physicians. We also coordinate with local agencies and service professionals to provide additional resources.
Our evidence-based treatment program combines medication-assisted treatment with counseling to support long-term recovery. This three-pronged approach has a remission rate four times higher than other forms of treatment, making it the gold standard of care for opioid-use disorder. At Crossroads, your success is our mission, and we are here to help you get your life back on track. Contact us today to schedule a Tele Visit or an in-person appointment.

"I had been going there for 5 1/2 years. Meds were called in late. Had to call them every month just to get the medication called in and then all of a sudden with no warning. They tell me that I cannot receive the medication I’ve been on for the 5 1/2 years that, I have to start on methadone or injections which is 100 times stronger than the medication I was taking had to find another doctor. They wanted to keep me there for a longer period of time by putting me on something that was even harder to get off of. Also, I went through several counselors and several doctors they could not can’t seem to keep help"
"This place has literally been the best! The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and make the process less daunting and actually have a compassion for its clients. I’m greeted daily by name, not just a number the staff takes an interest in their clients and really go above and beyond to help give life back to those of us who had lost hope for a positive future! I would highly recommend this place over and over again to loved ones, strangers anyone who’s serious about making a change in their life. Crossroads is the place to be apart of . I’m so grateful I made the choice to join!"
"It's a very great place to work on getting back to a healthy lifestyle that actually works with you and getting treated like a human being instead of just another number to!"
"While I was in heavy addiction for pretty much my whole life from 13 to 31 ,and went from treatment center to treatment center,I would have to say this place helped me more than any! While we all have to realize that our progress is up to to us mainly ,how we are treated in our treatment can be the cause of someone making to sobriety or someone ending up staying a statistic!with that said you get what you put in and while these people are mostly all genuinely wonderful, even with the huge turn over rate with counselors ..I can say I have never in 4 years had a problem that wasn't created by myself but was still worked out and th the awesome staff and they have tryna been wonderful !"
"I am very pleased with crossroads treatment center!:) All of the staff, nurses, and counselors are Awesome!!. My counselor is Erika and she is very polite to me and don't try to judge me or pull me down!!! She always encourages me that I can do whatever I set my mind to do and I always have a smile on my face when I get finished talking to her!.. Thanks everyone at crossroads and thank you for helping me to get this far in my recovery!!!!!!!!!!"
