"This place is horrible and I highly do not recommend. Just like reviews stated, they canceled my ultrasound appt the day of the appointment. When I spoke to Carol on the phone I brought that up to her and she told me I could find another office and hung up the phone. This ultrasound was supposed to tell me if I’m miscarrying or the baby is ok. They don’t care about you and now I have no idea how my baby is doing and have to find another office. Find another caring Obgyn office, especially if your prone to miscarries."

"Happy with this practice. The provider I see is FANTASTIC, the doctor and nurse are very responsive to messages, and billing has been handled correctly and quickly. Appointment scheduling and front office staff have been okay. I am glad I found this OBGYN office."

"This is hands down the WORST place for any woman to go pregnant or not. Their nurses are neglectful and they lose important paperwork. Also, the manager will never make time for you, so don't even bother trying to speak with someone about a complaint."

"Coming here for about 5 years now. The nurses are very friendly. Had my first baby/pregnancy there, they took great care of me during that time. I rotated doctors during the pregnancy. Absolutely love Dr Pickell. She’s fun, very professional and takes time to answer my questions."

"Love my dr but she only works 2 days a week. I moved my entire trip to greenville ( im in college) because she scheduled a vacation two days after I called and made my appointment. Then moved my entire day around my appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude. There is a sign that says if you wait 15 minutes after the start of your appt time please say something. I went up and said something, she mis understood me and thought I was saying I was late to my appt and they might not take me. When I said it was after 15 minutes she gave me more paperwork to fill out, when I asked when I’d be seen she said she didn’t know and I said the sign says to say something and she just said “ okay”. It’s unacceptable for the doctor to be this far behind in appointments. My mom stopped coming here because they left her in the waiting room for over an hour."
