"I first want to say how amazing everyone here is. From the ladies at the front, the nurses and the lab nurse. I love coming to the doctor. My experience has been with James Browning PA. Now I am on top of my medical care and follow doctors orders. But Dr. Browning is very smart, thorough, compassionate, amazing bedside manors, practical and overall fantastic. He has treated me in a way that felt like personalized care. My husband is now going to see him next week. Medical professionals should learn how to be from this place. "This review does not refer to the health care quality we have received at this facility. Christi has provided great PT help for my wife and me. Rather, this review refers to the ethics of the management. The front desk receptionist, Loretta, has been such an encouraging person over the last 6 months. She is 60 years old. Then, on Friday of last week, she was fired without warning. Zero warning. Pack your stuff, don’t come back. Based on this, I don’t trust the management of the company providing this service. "I've never been more disappointed with a healthcare provider. This place was great before it switched to Everside and Dr. Moore left. Weeks to get blood work results and then terrible back and forth phone calls with the nurse who forgets why you were actually being seen in the first place. No thoughtful diagnosis, no options given, just disappointment and the need to find another provider. Incredibly discouraging."
