"Great childcare, however the worst commutation I have seen from an established organization, sending out pointless emails almost daily at times that has nothing to do with our child as we pay our bills. But can’t communicate pajama day, can’t communicate Halloween day, can’t communicate picture day. Common you send emails for everything else you can possibly fathom but god forbid we get an email that we actually care about for picture day! Just to be clear the childcare is on par with other daycares . The communication unless it has to do with their money being paid is non existent in my eyes."

"I toured here, everything seemed great. I was told there were several spots open so I went home immediately and did the registration excited cause since there were several spots and I’ve toured already, figured I’d have a shot at getting my kid in. I never heard anything back. I called a million times. I emailed. I tried different numbers, even the directors, left voicemails & I could never get a response. Eventually I bothered the main hotline enough and got a text saying there were no spots available. Sucks cause maybe if I would’ve gotten a response there would’ve been a spot open for my kid, but honestly.. I don’t want him in a daycare where I can’t get a hold of anyone at the facility. I was really disappointed & if spots just got full before my kid was reached in the list then that’s fine but communicate that & respond to people trying to get in touch with you."

"I typically do not post a review on daycares until I have finished my time with them however Marion the director is an amazing representation of leadership. There are ups and down however Marion will always address the concerns and resolve the issue. The staff do care for the children and there is amazing staff retention compared to other facilities. The hours are perfect for the working parents. You have amazing staff members like Ms.Jill who will go above and beyond for a child and Ms. Angelique is extremely passionate and loving too all the children who enter the facility. I know that not all experiences have been positive however the staff continue to adapt and progress. They truly love what they do and you can tell. That to me is extremely important in a facility. I’m so happy that my daughter is apart of the childcare network family."

"My son has been attending CCN(Pooler) since the top of the year and he has enjoyed ever moment of it. His teachers are amazing. The Director (Mr. Gould) by far is my favorite, he is very approachable and responsive to my needs!"

"I went for a tour the person who gave me a tour was rude. She didn’t even care. I kept asking questions and she was whatever about it. The girls had their hair down and long nails. This is not the place to have that. You work with infants and kids. Then I saw a baby on the floor crying and they were event doing anything. One of the Nannie’s just kind of touched him with he leg to see if he would quiet. In another room the nanny was feeling a baby who was about 5-7 months old cereal while laying down on her lap. That’s a chocking hazard! I don’t like the place at all. I decided not to take my child there. I rather wait until other places have opening. They need better people who run that place,! I am m sorry they come there for a paycheck not for the babies."
