"I’m extremely understanding and far from a “Karen” but I’m 20 and I just recently got insurance which I am so blessed to have.. I’ve been trying to get into a primary doctor for months now.. trying to find the right one.. I walked in here to fill out new patient forms and from the get go it was unprofessional.. the front desk guy was wearing regular clothes? Seemed weird. I was told they would call me that day to set up a appointment.. it’s been 3 days.. lol. Definitely won’t be wasting my time here."

"Hello everyone....actually, I rate this establishment -10, not +1, to get that straight right now. In order to write a review, I have to put 1. This place is not a place to get your health care. Go find another primary care doctor. STAY AWAY from there. My wife and I were patients there, but since left, yes, left. My Parents are going there, but what a nightmare. BTW, this post is Authentic and I'm in outstanding frame of mind, spirit and body. Quick story and true as the sky is blue. I needed to get a refill on my one (1) medicine, but I had to go to the office. I was working and had limited time. I arrived 15-20 minutes early; had the annual papers put in front of me and I said "I don't have time for this and have to get back to work." Oh well, they insisted I fill out the papers. Finally took me back and I waited in a room in the far back left for thirty (30) minutes. Came in one time and said, "Didn't forget about you", but waited another 15 minutes and finally I went back to the front desk. It was said to me, "We could have done this on the phone".....I was mad. Had to pay an unnecessary co-pay and they wasted my time. What is the moral of this true story you may ask? CO-PAY----CO-PAY---CO-PAY. I will write a post as often as I can to get the truth out there. It took getting a copy of both medical files on our Parents to get the truth. We were/are on the HIPAA list, but got limited information--not worth the paper it was written on. Crying shame of all the red and blue tape that goes on and incompetence!! If you have Parents and/or Grandparents that go there, PAY ATTENTION!! VERIFY AND CONFIRM ALL THINGS!! **STAY TUNED** UPDATE SOON"

"I have had great results with all of the doctors here. I feel like they gave us great care and took their time with us. However I’m in the medical field I run an office and do consulting work and if I was the office manager at Trinity I would fire everyone at the front desk. They are rude, they act like they are put out to do the job and they don’t complete the job as far as calling in medicines or referrals. Plus I’m uninsured right now and they gave me a price for my visit then they said they quoted it wrong and they charged me more!"
