"In 2000, my daughter entered White Bluff Elementary School without knowing any English and studied for several months... At the recommendation of my school, I transferred to Ila Whitney School, which has an ESL course... and studied for one semester... Unlike ESL Class at other elementary schools in the United States, we studied without any Koreans at all. After studying in Savannah for 1 year and 6 months, I transferred to a school in New Jersey, and my homeroom teacher asked me if I spoke English at home."
"I live out of town and need my school records from 20 yrs ago. They only operate 4 hrs a day from 10am-2pm and in 2017 dont have an option to get your records online. The lady gave me a form to mail in my $3 and ID but would not give me my records which the whole process will be about two weeks, however she did advises me they were trying to get out of there."
