Once the course was completed, they were again very helpful in getting me ready to take the Course Exam (1st step to be able to take the Licensing Exam). Real Estate licensing is NOT an easy course, so it is extremely important to sign up with the best school that will help you successfully achieve a passing grade on the Course Exam and then the GA State Licensing Exam... well Ben Farmer School of Real Estate did just that!!! I passed both on the first try... (Thank You)! I also just completed my 25 hour Post-Licensing Online course with them. If you're seeking a career as a Realtor, then don't trust your future to any other Real Estate School!"

"Ben Farmer school of real estate is THE best!! Classes started out normal but COVID19 hit. Despite these circumstances, communication was excellent. Our instructor Richard and office staff continued to keep the class informed and make themselves available for any questions. For health and safety purposes we transitioned to virtual classes and we were able to finish the class successfully. We had to wait a couple of months for the testing center to open to take the state exam. Again, kudos to Richard for making himself available for questions all the way up to the date of my state exam 2 months after the class had closed!!!! Great school!"
