"I am leaving 2 stars because I am not so happy with Carolina. I saw her a few times as my pcp starting in 2020. She was nice at first, but after a while she felt a little condescending. In 2021 I had a miscarriage and eventually went to see her for something to help with my mood, she told me that my iron was so low that that’s why I had a miscarriage. When I got pregnant after this and mentioned this to my OB/GYN she disagreed completely and said she could not believe anybody would ever tell me that. I felt very invalidated by her when reaching out the last few times so I switched to a different pcp who was willing to hear me out. I reached out one more time because my new pcp was out of the office for a few days and she told me that I would have to take it up with my new doctor who prescribed something that she would not. Dr. Kiker is great! I highly recommend him. He is willing to listen and I felt very supported by him! I give him 5/5 stars for sure!"

"So far I’m pretty disappointed with this place. My wife has called to make an appointment for our sick children and she is told that they were booked up and that they only do same day appointments and to call at 8:00 am in the morning to make one for the day. So today she calls at 8:00 am and she is told they are already book up for the day. So does that mean we will never be able to get our kids in? They’re telling me same day appointments and every time we call they are booked."
