"I have been to several minute clinics, and I have never had billing issues. I have BCBS and should have only paid my $25 copay, but was told to pay in full $139. Do not pay in full at your visit! Their billing dept. is awful! I somehow have 2 claims for 1 visit. Update: I have been reimbursed after months of following up. The only reason I was reimbursed is because bcbs spoke to them directly after I finally asked to file a complaint. I don’t think I ever would’ve gotten anywhere without bcbs taking over. If your follow up on billing is going nowhere so the same."

"I gave them 1 start because they were very nice, but not too bright. I never seen a doctor only a Nurse Practioner. I have a sinus infection. I get them all the time. My facial sinus hurt. She even pushed on my face. She says I had a head cold.. While examining me, she says my tonsils were indeed swollen. Oh really I thought. So I said..ummm my tonsils are swollen? How can that be when I TOLD YOU I had them out in 1979. She looked again.."Oh, those are your vocal cords". She can't tell the difference ? I went to another doctor. Just as I right..sinus infection and I'm on antibiotics"

"If I could give this a negative 10 I would!! Dont EVER try to call to speak to the minute clinic nurse practioner!! You will NEVER get through! They re route you to a call center and tell you that you will be waiting for a 24 hr wait period. When they put a rush on the message, the nurse called me 8 hours later, but NEVER called my prescription into the correct pharmacy. When my husband went to pick it up at the pharmacy across the street , My husband was informed that it was never called in AFTER the nurse practioner told me at 730 Wednesday that it was called into my preferred pharmacy. After multiple phone calls to different pharmacies, theyre STILL trying to find my prescription. The issue is FINALLY resolved."

"My wife provided them with our insurance card and went here for cold/allergy symptoms. Hours later when I went to pick up her unrelated medication and my daughters medication I noticed that the bill was much higher than I was expecting. It turns out, the minute clinic doctor added nasal spray, cough syrup, and pseudoephed (expensive over the counter name brand) without even telling my wife that they were proscribing anything to her when she left. They just told her that she needs pseudoephed and nasal spray which we already had at the house. On top of that we got a bill in the mail about a week later for $139 showing that insurance did not cover any of the visit. I called my insurance company and they said that I only have a $25 copay and that the rest would be fully covered. My insurance company was kind enough to call the minute clinic for me and they said that the minute clinic told them that they entered my insurance info wrong so it showed that we did not have insurance. Now I have to wait up to 30 days to receive my refund from the minute clinic. It seems like this place is trying to cheat people and get as much money from people as possible."

"I took my daughter to be seen at this minute clinic because she had an ear infection and the nurse practitioner Matthew was very informative and patient and very caring with my daughter who did not feel well. She usually is scared to go to the doctors office but Matthew and his nurse Cindy were extremely friendly and made my daughter feel at ease while seeing her for her ear infection. My family and I will definitely be coming back to see Matthew and Cindy for any needs we have in the future!!! Thank you for taking time to care for my sick child and for being so thorough with explaining the directions for her medication for her ear. A+ service and I would 100000000% recommend this clinic and the nurse practitioner over other clinics I have visited."
