Doctors Care - Greer

"On Saturday January 6th I went to the Doctors Care in Greer. I had never been there before. I received fast and extremely Wonderful care. The tests were fast with results. I was feeling so bad and They all treated me like I was family with Smiling faces. At the time they did not know That I was an ex-nurse. I would recommend this Facility to all family and friends. GREAT JOB GUYS"

"Never in my life will I go here again! I brought my sick toddler because his Peds office had no availability. We waited for almost 2 hours to get seen. He was fussing and crying the whole wait in the lobby because he wasn’t feeling well. Everyone could clearly hear him and see me struggling to calm him. I asked when we would be seen, because I didn’t want to keep disrupting others waiting, and I was told I had 2 people in front of me and “It’s ok! We’re used to it.” Zero help or accommodation whatsoever. When they finally got us into a room, and the staff told me that she thought “I gotta get that baby in a room”, I was thinking, it took 2 hours of hearing him cry to think that? Then we continued to wait even more in the room, to the point where I had to step out the door ask when we were getting seen! Also, it reeked of cigarette smoke in the weighing/bp room, and the NP walked in our room with no badge or an ID, so I had no idea who she was. So I asked are you the NP? And she said yes, and she lost her badge. THEN, they delayed putting our prescription in right away, AND THEN they sent it to the wrong pharmacy, after I specified in writing and in conversation, multiple times, which pharmacy I wanted it to go to. Absolute NIGHTMARE. Never again!!"

"I was hesitant based on previous ratings but honestly I was treated just as well as my primary care if not better. All of the staff and the doctor were extremely caring and helpful. I’m so thankful for this team!"

"This is a MAJOR change from when I visited during COVID. I am happy to say that the wait time was "normal", especially for flu season. Once I got called back for vitals, I went right to a room & was seen within a reasonable amount of time. The entire staff was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The doctor who saw me was sincere & listened carefully to me. I really felt like part of a quality care team. I knew what to do in case I needed further care, which I did, & they were there ablige."

"Great care. Little bit less time in the waiting room would've been nice but it is available. Not really sure how much time it cuts off the actual visit but it is available. Thank yall for doing your best to take care of us greer folk"
