"I’ve been going here every other month for over 10 years. Always quick and friendly service. Zero complaints, I feel lucky to have such an excellent physician!"
"Don’t go here. They don’t accept all insurances, don’t answer the phone when you call, because they keep the door locked and you have to call to even go inside. Then the lady comes outside instead of answering the phone and she is pretty rude. I use to go to this doctor a long time ago and figured it would still be a good place. But, no!!!! Go elsewhere."
"I've been a patient here for a few years. Dr. Cary was nice to me in the past. I have asthma and already can't breathe with that mask on. I went for a parking lot visit and was very rude to me about wearing a mask when I didn't want to in my own truck outside and the nurse 6 feet away. They refuse to treat me there and refuse to do a virtual visit. I was pretty much told to go away and never come back. I urge people not to go to these places that think they can make you do as they wish. I will not be back to this place! PS, they didn't care about the pen and clip board I was touching. Wake up!"
"First they do not answer the phone. I call over and over and it goes straight to voice mail. They have a very long message and at the end it says do not leave a message, we will not listen to it. I tried to call one day and had to drive over to the office to talk to them I meet with Dr. Carey, he had told me to schedule to come in for blood work, I called and they could not get me in for two weeks, finally went in, then they scheduled me over a month out to get the results. When I saw Dr. Carry he was like not happy that I was not coming back for over a month, I stated that his office told me that was the first appointment I could get. They like you to just come in and wait. I run a business and I can not just drop in and wait, I need an appointment, which is almost impossible to get, then do not expect them to answer the phone, It is ridiculous that I have to drive down and go inside to try to talk to someone. I saw him on Monday for my blood draw, I told him I had injured my back and was in sever pain, he gave me a Rx for muscle relaxers, I called today to get a Rx for a steroid, he refused to send it unless I came in and waited for them to see me. This is ridiculous, I do not have time, and can not cancel all of my work to go down and sit in his office to get a Rx. I will not go back."
"Dr. Carey didn't even introduce himself when he came into the room, seemed uninterested in discussing my medical problem, the visit was very rushed, he referred me to physical therapy but I left the office with unanswered questions. So much for "talk to your doctor". I definitely won't be going back."
